But when the user opens the same calendar with Outlook 2016 Mac then not a single appointment or meeting shows up. Even after hours. Even after restarting Outlook Mac 2016 or the Mac itself. I'm trying to share my calendar, but the appropriate things are grayed out. To ungrey them, I'd think I need to set 'Calendar Permissions'. However, that's grayed out too. I've seen things that say I need to check 'Hide On My Computer folders' but that doesn't seem to do anything. Also, the options I have don't seem to match what the help pages claim. I only have: • Show all account folders • Hide One My Computer Folders I don't have 'Group Similar Folders'. I'm using Outlook for Mac, 15.37 in OSX 10.12.6 on a macbook pro, in case that matters. I have done a test on my side and reproduced the same scenario. However, i can share the calendar if i only click “calendar” button. Please refer to the screenshot below. You can take a shot on your side and check the result. If the scenario above doesn’t match yours, i’d like to collect the following information for further investigation. • a screenshot as i provided above. To upload screenshots, select use rich formatting, and then click insert /edit. • i wonder whether the shared calendar was shared from a shared mailbox or a normal mailbox. Please make sure you have been granted the right permission. • does the issue occur to a specific shared calendar? I suggest you create a new shared mailbox, grant the full access permission to you and check the result. Furthermore, could you provide some detailed steps, so i can do a test and check if i can reproduce the issue? Best regards, neo. Thanks for the suggestion, but unfortunately it did not solve the problem (I still cannot see the calendars of colleagues in our business and the Exchange network). I do not think that Office 2016 for Mac has the full functionality for calendars like the Windows version. The iOS versions also lack this critical feature, which makes Outlook unusable for us in a Mac or iOS device. There IS a solution for Apple users who need full functionality of calendars and it is MS OWA.
